Aims
- To act as a forum for the discussion of matters relating to the natural environment of Stratherrick and Foyers
- To encourage environmentally sustainable projects which would provide environmental, social and cultural benefits for the local community
- To undertake projects that would improve biodiversity in the Stratherrick and Foyers area
Objectives
- To hold regular meetings to discuss and comment on local environmental matters
- To consult on environmental issues with the Community Council and the residents of Stratherrick and Foyers and any other appropriate organisation – statutory or voluntary
- To identify and to undertake appropriate local projects of an environmental nature and to promote research
- To apply for any necessary funding to carry out or commission such projects
